What you probably have is a sinus infection. These follow colds and when a cold lasts longer than 10 days, you can suspect a sinus infection.
Your doctor will need to treat you with antibiotics. However, if you can't see a doctor, you need to get those sinuses opened.
Try some Sudephed. In most states, you have to ask the pharmacist for this. Stay away from Antihistamines as they can make the mucus thicker. In addition, get some Mucinex over the counter and this will thin the secretions.
Also, if you go to the Allergy Board, and look up sinus irrigation, you could do that.
However, the best thing is the antibiotics.
Good Luck.
