i have tried diff. meds for ocd. none work too long or the side effects are bad. anything i can buy in a health store that works w/controlling ocd???

Sorry to hear about the meds. Theres a lot of stuff you can buy... St John's Wort, Passiflora, Gingko. If this place would allow you to give out website addresses about this I would. Just try searching around on the net. I'd be pretty careful with health supplements though, its best to research them and ask your doc about them before you decide whether to use them, because combined with OCD meds, they CAN give you some damn nasty side effects, and some may have side effects of their own (especially if you combine them). They're not PROVEN to help with OCD, but are thought to have some effect.
