does anyone know anything about frozen shoulders?
It started on my right side and now it has moved to the left, I can not even
push myself up out of bed in the morning without rolling over onto my side.
why does this happen? and how so you treat it?

I am dealing w/ 1 now. I am in PT. I have been told that sustained weight is the best thing - other than strengthening and heat.
At PT, I work on the Total Gym - not too successfully, though.
I think mine originated from alot of mouse work in a cold office - scrunching shoulders - started w/ tendonitis.
I have been in PT since mid August. There has been improvement, but slow andd frustrating.
Try PT and good luck.
