Do any of you suffer shooting chest pains due to anxiety ?
My pains shoot from the bottom of my stomach up to my chest or from the middle of my chest right across? It makes all of my body (arms and legs) jump out of control :(
Is this another normal syptom of anxiety?

Yep and stabbing pains. I had them today when i had a exercise endused painic attack. I actually considered going to the ER but than i calmed down after like 5 minutes and continued my workout.

I do not want to worry anyone but chest pain should be taken seriously, more than likely its anxiety but better safe than sorry

I get these chest and tummy pains loads...... Funny thing when I'm busy or asleep I don't get them. When I'm anxious there full on.. A doc said to me "if they don't wake you from your sleep its anxiety" ummmmm I unsure but I'm still here and been getting them for yrs and yrs. All of the many ecgs, treadmill tests, heart tapes and chest x-rays are normal...

me too and left arm pains.I have had testing up to the tred mill stress with echocardiogram and nothing.I have actually been woken from my sleep with a big chest pain before and also another time with a huge heart quiver (PVC).I think this is maybe because we can have anxiety attacks in our sleep too.

Your right about that, I've been woken up many times with anxiety, chest pains, nervous stomach pains.
