Are there any cold medicines that won't increase anxiety/cause rapid heart rate ????

You need to look at the ingrediants some of them contain stimulants. Always a good idea to check with the pharmacist

I use Zicam intense sinus relief for a stuffy nose. It works great and it has no stimulants. It is a nasal gel. It works for 12 hours. Great stuff and no palpitations!!

OH, Thank you, that's what I was looking for, because I don't know what ingredients to look for, unless I ask the pharmacist. I have seen and heard of Zicam, I will try it.

last week i had a cold & drainage. the dr. told me no antihistimines, but i could take robitussin for coughing. it helped & no paps!!
