Hi...I'm 20 years old and have been having pain in my lower left abdoman/right testicle for a while now. It can be anywhere from inbetween my leg/testicle to inbetween my butt and genitals to my lower abdoman. I went to the doctor and he had me get a testicular ultrasound which came back fine, no epididimitis or torsion or anything. The problem is I don't know what the problem is! The doctor put me on antibiotics, Levaquin, and told me to come back in 2 weeks that it might be an infection. I have been on doxyciclyne for about 4 months for acne then stopped taking that when I was diagnosed with H. Pylori (A stomach virous) which I was put on a prev pack for. The Prev Pack has a high dose of anti biotics in it. Now I'm on the levaquin. Basically I have been on antibiotics for 5 months...so wouldn't the infection be gone by now or non-existate because I have been on antibiotics for so long? Any other Ideas of what it could be...I'm not sure if its a hernia because there is nothing petruding out. I'm worried because the pain is there alot. Please Help!

I had a hernia and opeation to fix it. I would call the testicle pain more of a sensitivity more than a pain. Is your's pain or sensitivity? If so I'd rule out the hernia.
