I have had my period two and a half weeks ago, it was lighter than usual and about 4 days long. My breasts usually get sore about 4 days before I start, but this time they did not, they only became slightly sore a day before and gradually became more sore throughout my period my period has long since gone and my breasts are still very sore and full. I have not used contraception at all for 6 years since my son was born and have not fell pregnant once since. I have a stuffy nose, slight gas, not really hungrier than before, slightly more tired (could be stress though). I know I should probably get a test done, but have been disappointed in the past. So was wondering if it could be due to something else such as hormonal changes, menopause (I am 31 years old)

I would see the doctor. They may do a pregnancy test for you. I think you're a little bit young for the menopause.
You may have felt let down with tests in the past, but you shouldn't give up hope. You won't know til you try :)
