Hello again,
I was wondering if anyone else has this problem. It seems like when ever I get a flare up with this fibromyalgia I sometimes get a funny feeling in my lung area. It bothers me to breath. I don't know if it is my lungs or the muscles or what it is. I have never smoked cigarettes and my lungs sound clear. I was just wondering if anyone else has heard of this or should I go get it checked out.
Thanks Linda

Well, I'm not completely sure if it's the same thing, but sometimes my muscles in the lung area hurt, like, I don't know how to explain it, but they feel tight almost, and it does hurt to breathe, and sometimes even move. I've had it so bad before.
It almost feels like pleurisy, which I have had before. And pleurisy is related to RA and lupus and those are kind of related to FMS. So. . . maybe that is what you experience sometimes?
Just a thought.

Hi...this does kind of sound like my problem. I have had this a few times now and have had my lungs checked and was told it wasn't my lungs...so maybe what you say is it. It seems like when I get this it lasts for a two to 4 weeks. Drives me crazy. I better go to the doctor to see what she says. Thanks...
