Hello, I recently had an HRA done through work and a result was elevated Liver enzymes. I am not taking any medication. I have had 3 tests done now and they keep increasing slightly. I am going to see a specialist soon but I was just wondering if anyone had any thoughts as to possibilities and/or what the doc may do. I have had an ultrasound that looked good. Doc said it showed I didn't have a fatty liver. I also had hepatitis tests and that is all okay too. My AST is 127, ALT 237 and alkaline is 223. I am pretty concerned because these numbers seem high to me. I have no other symptoms other than the blood tests. Your ideas/thoughts are appreciated.

After bloods and ultrasound, the next logical step is a CT scan or MRI which can give them a better look at what's going on internally.
Elevated levels can happen for a number of reasons, although it would seem the more common ones your doctor has already covered.
At this stage I wouldn't be overly concerned. The levels are definitely elevated, but your doctor will get to the bottom of it.
