Here is what I take, multivitamin, extra biotin, fish oil in the morning. At night I take a calcium and magnesium supplement. I want to start taking kelp and cinnamon supplement. The kelp for healthy hair and the cinnamon supplement for sugar cravings(have heard it really helps) So when should I take the cinnamon and the kelp???

You can take cinnamon and kelp whenever you'd like. You can take these with or without food as these are macronutrients and will be absorbed by the intestines. You can also add Chromiun GTF for your sugar cravings but this must be taken with a meal or snack......

GTF stands for ''Glucose Tolerance Factor'' which is Chromium bound to Niacin and certain Amino Acids that super enhance Chromiums ability to do its job.....
