Not realistically. I mean, you can probably lose close to that in lost *weight* if you get extreme, but you will not burn that much *fat* in that amount of time. The body can only physically burn about 2 pounds of fat a week through diet and exercise. If you're losing more weight than that, it is either water weight (which might indicate dehydration) or lost lean muscle (which is bad and will ultimately lower your metabolism). Plan on about 2 pounds a week and you'll know that you're losing weight at a healthy and efficient pace.
Do you exercise at all now? What kids of exercising are you planning on? (strength training, cardio - what kinds)

Yes I exercise now I do strength training 4-5 times a week. Is that not very helpful? Thanks for the advice on 2lbs a week, So that is being realistic?:)

I wouldn't be doing strength training 4-5 a week. If you are doing the weights probably you should feel so sore that you need a break in between. 3 times a week should be the max amount of times you do weights. Cardio is fine to do every day

I totally agree. You can do *cardio* every day if you want, but strength training should not be done every day. Your muscles need time to repair and working out daily doesn't afford them that opportunity. You'd be much better served for your goals to strength train 2 days and do cardio 3-4 days.
