Around mid-September I discovered a bump on my leg that felt very tender but there was no abnormal coloring. I figured I was bit by an insect of some sort and didn't think too much about it until I started getting a low grade fever with aches, headache and chills that have come and gone to the present time. Eventually the bump got smaller but now in it's place is a few hard bumps in the 3 inch area it covered. The only coloring at this point is a very light pinkness in the are. I am wondering if I have West Nile Virus. There haven't been any human cases reported in this area but there have been a few dead crows in a area 12 miles that were found to have WNV. I have crows and mosquitoes in my yard.
