The ones i like the best for that lower circulation are Horse Chestnut and Pycnogenol.....

Do you take both or only one of them?
How long before you can see improvement?
Thanks!

I only take Pycnogenol but for antiaging reasons and not for circulation problems. Horse Chestnut is great for the microvalves in our legs so we do not get Varicose veins and again assists in micro-circulation (capillaries). I saw a study last week on Pycnogenol helping people with edema in their legs do to poor circulation and at 150 mg a day for 4 weeks their edema went away. Pycnogenol is very good at rebuilding the Capillaries and their wall structures so again micro-circulation is enhanced.
When to see results and all i can't tell you that as everyone is different but usually i'd say at least 3 to 4 weeks to start to see improvement. I'll add on Gingko Biloba and Cayenne Pepper also as these are very good for micro-circulation....
