I bought some fish oil (liquid form, not capsule)and have tried it twice (disgusting) so I am wondering what is the best thing to take or mix it with? I mixed it with yogurt and kept having an aftertaste afterwards. Trying to get those Omega's 3s in me as I do not eat fish, so I thought the oil would be a good thing to try.
Any ideas?

I'd take the capsules. Check the label to see how much EPA and DHA is in a 2 capsule serving. Ideally you should try to get 1,000mg or more of EPA/DHA combined daily.

I have the capsules too and take them. The fish oil supplies so much more fatty acids in each tablespoon, than any capsule/ I would have to take a handful of capsules to equal the amount in the liquid. I may just throw out the liquid since I haven't thought of anything good to mix it with. I tried yogurt and juice.
