Hi, everyone!
I would like to buy a magnesium supplement.
I see that there is chelated magnesium, magnesium Asporotate (a combination product), magnesium citrate, magnesium oxide and on and on.

What is the difference between all of these forms?
What worked for you and what did it help you with?

Thanks for your help! :)

We consume magnesium aspartate right now, but
chelated, orotate, glycinate would be on my list of candidates too.
Try each type and see which one you can tolerate best, ie
magnesium can have laxative effects. I'm assuming you don't
want a laxative... lol
