I'm not sure whats wrong with me

First i have anexity attacks.
but thats not what this is.
Last week i got a bladder infection.
and i was in pain for a week.
and now its gone
but im super sick.
I'm super dizzy i cant think stright
i feel like im going to throw up.
and i cant walk cause io feel like im going to pass out
i have no idea whats wrong with me.
my parents and doctor said im too young for anything too serious.
but my mom is taking me to the docter asap
considering i was at a concert not to long ago
and my boyfriend and to take me home
and i came home crying.
I have no idea whats going on
