i cant see penis head when i pull my foreskin back.
because it wont pull back the reason being the pee hole (the hole my urine comes out) is very very small, when i do urinate my penis enlarges into like a bubble shape probably due to the fact not enough urine can pass at once, i am in my early 20's and i have never seen my penis head i always was too scared to goto the doctor but i really want to find out what it is first then i will go,

so please can anyone shade a light on my problem

You definitely need to see a urologist. You have Phimosis, which is when the opening in the foreskin doesn't allow the foreskin to be normally retracted. You are also having ballooning of the foreskin which can cause all kinds of problems.

The normal solution for this case is circumcision which will fix your problem and will give you other medical benefits. Don't worry, it's a very simple procedure and you will be back to normal in a few days.

A circ is done outpatient and only takes a few minutes. You will be uncomfortable for a few days and back to normal in a few weeks.

I know in the states it costs about $1000 but in your case it is definitely a medical need so insurance should pick up the cost

Oh and you will get quite a few opinions about circumcision. The fact is most men who undergo circumcision are quite happy with the procedure. I am circumcised and would not have it any other way.

For a less invasive possible solution to your problem, have you read the sticky at the top of the board about stretching? This is actually the 'normal solution' to the problem. Surgery should be seen as a last resort. Stretching is painless, and free :D

As for the recovery time for a circumcision, I do believe X5DRIVER had his done as an infant so isn't speaking from experience. If you want a more accurate opinion, read some of the threads here from men who have actually had it done as adults.

No, it's not pointless. That post was made for people exactly like you.
You would do yourself a service to reread, and understand it, before looking to permanently lose half the skin of your penis needlessly.

The time frame of full recovery from a circumcision in a few days is just plain wrong. I have never heard of anyone being able to have sex again in under a month, usually two or serious bleeding will break out. Sensitivity usuall bothers people for at least a few weeks and often much longer. Swelling usually lasts many months because of the severe disruption to the circulatory and lymph systems within the penis. The procedure involves the loss of 15 square inches of moveable, erogenous tissue and makes masturbation very difficult without lube, unless a lot of loose skin is left.
