I had a dr's appt for yesterday at 4:15 but was unable to make it due to work. For the past six weeks or so, I've had horrible issues with my sinuses, I had septoplasty done about 7 months ago, and I went to my ENT about 3 weeks ago and he put me on topical antibiotics for my sinuses (anti-b's in saline). It hasn't helped much... and it's gotten unbearable this week. My sinuses hurt so much that it brings me to tears, I also have a temp, earache, cough, headache, body aches. I don't know if it's worthwhile to go to the er today as I can't get in to see my dr, but I have some questions, in addition to what I've listed, my period has also been really out of wack (got it today, a week early, two weeks early last month, and there is no way I'm pregnant).

Geez, I'm sorry you're feeling so bad. If you're that miserable then I'd say go to the ER. Chances are you won't be able to get into your doctor on Monday so why suffer? About the menstrual stuff make an appt. with your doctor as that doesn't sound super urgent, but the sinus thing, I'd go to the ER if you're able. This way they can do any testing that needs to be done and get you on some meds that help you out until you can see your doctor.
I hope you feel better soon!
