Sure, but if you are a man I'd drop the flax and just take fish oil.

So where did the idea that a man doesn't need Fax come from ?
Being a man has no bearing on whether Flax is good or not. It has to do with the Enzyme (delta-6 desaturase) as to whether you should take Flax or Fish.
Both are Omega-3 oils but Fish oil is already elongated to EPA/DHA 20/22 carbon fatty acids which are superior for health. Flax is an 18 carbon fat that needs this enzyme to be working in our bodies to make it into EPA/DHA.
This enzyme works great when we are young and in good health so over 40 or bad diet or obesity issues then just take Fish oil. This applies to both men and women....

I have read a number of articles saying that Flaxseed oil may be link to Prostrate Cancer in men. I will try to locate an article that I save that indicated why and I will repost.

Same here tyz. Not to mention, the body does such a horrible job converting ALA to EPA/DHA, why bother with the flax even if it wasn't linked to prostate cancer?
