Selsun blue or any thing like that with Selenium Sulphide as ingredient is usefull only to treat the Skin Fungus. So if you have any skin rash or itches because of Skin Fungus, The Selsun Shampoo - preferably with 2.5 % Selenium Sulphide, put all over body for 20-30 Minutes, with wetting the area which gets dried - Continue the routine for 4-6 weeks untill you are relived.
