Im around 140lbs, teenager, and 5'4. I would use a gym but due to my parents having some financial problems, we had to elimate the idea of that happening. So instead i was wondering if there was any at-home exercises that i can do to:
1. lose some lbs off my tummy, get it flat. also forming a strong pair of abs/chest
2. lose the small "man boobs" i have developed
3. maybe getting my arm muscles a bit more toned (they're pretty good but not very toned)
So if any one knows any can you please post them? I would really appreciate it (oh and if they arent common exercises can you maybe post how to do them, if its not too much to ask)
thank you

There's a really good book for home exercises by Men's Health called The Home Workout Bible.
I'm not sure if you have any weights or not but if you don't you'll have to make use of things like canned food, jugs of water, sandbags, etc.

Taebo is a favorite of mine. If you are having money issues you can go to the library and rent excersie DVDs/ Videos for free.

as a teen, you should be a bit more concerned about your diet rather then intense cardio, or weight training. make sure your eating all the right food, have good portion sizes, and drink LOTS of water. then throw in some cardio, whether it be walking, running, playing soccer, frisbee basketball (all free) or even go to your local library, they have workout videos that you can barrow for a week for free. And you'd never get bored, cuz thy're are a lot to choose from. also, you can barrow workout and nutrition books form the library, all free! It's possible to get healthy and loose weight with little or no cost! just a positive attitude, and motivation, and you'll be on the fast trac to wieghtloss!
