My sister has brown spotting yesterday - none last night, and again today when she wipes. That is usually the start of her AF. She (we) are very upset, one more time with IUI and then they move to IVF.

How many days piui is she? I started spotting brown around 10dpiui until 14dpiui, it was implantation for me! Dont give up until af arrives for sure! You guys are in my prayers.

She was 10 days last night, so 11 today. I hope you are right. Thanks for being so supportive. Janice has been crying all morning. Refuses to do a HPT, I guess hearing one negative is better then twice.

Tell you sister that this could be a positive sign, hold out on the UPT until tomorrow and tell her to test. I mean it could be either pregnancy or early AF but I am shooting for pregnancy. As long as it doesnt turn bright red and soak a pad. I would have to change my panty liner maybe 3 times a day b/c of the brown stain but never got extreamly heavy. KUP:angel:

Thanks so much... Here DH just told her "maybe it's not for us" like they will never have a baby. WHAT the heck! You just don't say that to a person. I am praying that you are right.

I agree with Spider....it could go either way. I got my positive and also had brown spotting. Mine was only when I wiped and it went on for 2 days then one day clear then 2 more days of spotting....I will be 8 wks tomorrow. Lets think positive....I'll keep her in my prayers.

Don't give up!!! I always spotted before my AF also. When I got my positive I started spotting 10piui (which was normal for me before af). It stopped at 3 days later and I took a test and I got a positive. I am now 16wks!!! I would tell her to wait a few more days before she tests that way she hopefully won't get a false positive and get more discouraged!

I will keep your sister in my thoughts and prayers!!!

Thanks gals! She is wiping (just now) and it is only on the paper. So you think she she wait to test until tomorrow?

Tell her to wait until tomorrow. I got a very faint positive on 10dpiui (the day I started spotting). It was so faint that my DH had to go outside to look at it and was still unsure?? I work in the emergency dept so I got a test that has a 20miu, so it can pick up very early. Good luck and sticky baby dust, KUP

AF is here today for Janice. She goes to the doctor on Thursday to start her next IUI process. Maybe they will move her to a different drug besides Clomid, not too sure how that will work. If the 3rd IUI does not work then they move to IVF.

Leah, sorry to hear it turned out to be AF for her. I hope the next time works for her. She is so lucky to have such a supportive sister. You are great! Please keep us posted on her progress and let her know she is in our prayers.
