I know it can't really be, but sometimes I have "hunger" pains all day long. Even after I've eaten. Does a specific condition present this way? My brain is conditioned to eat when I get that particular sensation. But I know I can't because it can't truly be hunger. It's a little unnerving. I'm constantly having to tell myself, "No, your brain is misfiring." Just curious if someone will know immediately what this is.

I am 99% sure they are not hunger pains. I had the same symptoms just before my other symtoms (bloating burping)showed up. I would get what I thought were hunger pains after I ate a large meal. I would ask myself how can this be? Then I found out the pains were due to gastritis.
I would change my diet before things get worse. Eat small portions. No greasy foods, chocolate, alcohol. The symtoms should clear up by themselves. I ended up getting bloating and burping. But they went away as well.
