View Full Version : Gas & bloating in the night/morning

Ok for some reason I've been having bad gas pains and stuff at night and in the morning. Sometimes I can feel it building up at night while I'm lying in bed, and just about every morning I have bad gas now. This all started during the middle of the summer this year and I don't know why. I'm not eating anything different or doing anything different.

By late-morning mid-afternoon it's all gone though. I've tried things like Gas-X and they haven't done anything to help. I always use to get some gas in the morning but as of this summer it's just like it won't come out -- what I mean is I can feel it built up inside and everything but it's just hard for it to come out for some reason.

What could be wrong? Like I said I haven't changed my diet or anything and it's only in the morning and at night, even if I haven't eaten anything before I go to bed, which I usually don't.

Have you checked with your doctors on this? Some foods are VERY gas forming. Have you tried Beano? This is something that helps my fiance greatly with gas-forming foods. I hope this info may help you. Good luck.
