i dont know if its the TMJ itself but i have pain around that area, including sinus presure and pain in the temple, i went to the dentist for a full check up and full set of xrays, also got my TMJ checked and he did not see anything wrong with it, im wondering if its clinching my teeth at night or what, and how can i releave it if i cant take Ibprofin because it raises my blood pressure, its been bugging me for 2 weeks now, how do i releave it?

Try warm moist compresses to the area or a heating pad and if you can, take advil or aleve or other pain killer or anti-nflammatory medication. Stick to a soft diet for a few days or more and give your jaw a rest. Also massages to the are may help. Also, it could be you have a sinus infection.
