No I am not seeing anyone at this time I have an apointment for December though.
FertilAid was formulated on the basis of established scientific literature to help optimize fertility safely and naturally as part of a healthy lifestyle and diet. Created by fertility expert, Amos Grunebaum, MD, FertilAid combines fertility-enhancing nutrients with a “Just Right” formula of essential vitamins, minerals, and key antioxidants.
FertilAid for Women offers a proprietary formula that integrates complete preconceptional vitamin and mineral support with herbal ingredients like chasteberry (vitex) and red clover blossom - designed to help restore female hormonal balance, promote regular ovulation, and support overall reproductive wellness.
It comes in men and women formulas. I sure do hope it works. They say it takes as little as 3-6 months to take full effect.

But what about your actual diet? What does it look like? Your husband and you, what do you normally eat and how many meals do you have?

I've heard good things about fertility herbs. Can't hurt prior to you seeing the RE. But once you see the RE, he/she will likely have you stop them because they can interfere with hormone level readings and medications. You may want to ask if they prefer you are off of them a certain amount of time prior to your first appointment, because they may draw blood at your first appointment. But good luck in the meantime! Keep us posted.

Thank you for the good advice! I didn't know that about the blood work. I sure do hope that it works! Thank you  Our diets are normal. I eat 3 meals a day with small snacks in between. I have low blood sugar so I have to watch all that anyways. My husband eats 2 or 3 meals a day he is not breakfast eater! I try to make fish a few times a week along with some sort of veggie. We don't have a lot of caffeine or smoke so we are good there. I do think that we could eat a little better I can’t stay away from the cheeses!
