How long should it take?
How many reps should u do?
I've been doing it for over a year and I"m still not fully satisfied with my abs

"How long" is way too general a question.
A 6 pack is diet, diet, diet. You can do all the ab exercises you want, but if you're not *extremely* lean, you'll never see the muscles.

Remember to increase the reps every so often you workout, so that you're muscles are constantly being stimulated. As Naxis said diet is important. Make sure you do cardio, but also lift some weights to higher your metabolism. I find that boxing classes are great on the abs.
