I too am dealing with alittle bout of depression. After the surgery I felt that you could cry at a commercial and then be laughing at the next. But now sometimes I feel that I don't want to do anything or go anywhere. But having four children sometimes you are not allowed to be like that, they keep you on your toes. Also this time of year does not help sometimes. Best of luck too you and God Bless.

Hi There,

I had my TAB/BSO on 29th August and about a week after, I felt as though I was climbing the walls with anxiety and have felt so ever since but doctor prescribed me 2mg of diazapam 4 times a day but I am now down to taking one or two per day and feel better for it although I do feel like you in that there are days when I can't face going out, seeing anybody or even speaking to people on the phone as I get so depressed but I'm glad to report that feeling is slowly passing but I had a bout of depression on Sunday when all I wanted to do was lie on bed, cry and feel sorry for myself but it did pass. Horrible thing about this recovery is not only getting over the surgery but not know how we'll feel from one day to another so you're not alone and are not going crazy!!
