View Full Version : Sensative nipples

Okay this may be due to football, and how tight I have my shoulder pads. But over the past few weeks I've noticed my nipples are very sensative. The best way I can describe it is like a bruise. Now when they are hard its not AS noticeable, but it still hurts. The main time i notice it is when they are "soft". I have felt around the area and feel no lumps or anything like that but it hurts to touch them. Any ideas what this could be? Like I said I think it might be because of football, being hit there too many times..after all I am an offensive lineman.

Sometimes it is caused by hard or harsh cloth rubbing them. Be sure to wear clean t-shirt under the pads.

Sometimes it is because the breasts are growing.

breasts are growing? That is not a good sign...for a man at least. And I can't imagine why they would, I have been eating the same way for years..which is relatively healthy.

If they are sensatibe from the rubbing try putting some medical tape or "Nipple Tape" over them to stop all the rubbing on them, could be anything though i'm no doctor.
