ok heres wuts happening

usually if i eat out,or over eat,i have the feeling of being reallly full,then i start to feel like im gonna gag,and i eventually do,and dont feel any relief unless i actually throw something up,sometimes it take a little,sometimes a lot...and its only the feeling im gonna gag,no stomach problems or anything,is it all in my head or is there something wrong with me,its not all the time,but most of the time,someone please help!!!!

Not that we can diagnose you here anyway, but we really need some more information. http://www.healthboards.com/ubb/smile.gif For instance... when you feel full do you feel guilty over it? Do you regret having eaten that amount, or feel as though you NEED to purge in order to get it out of you... or is this simply something that’s completely out of your control and you don’t WANT yourself to purge, but it’s happening anyway?

Also, do you feel comfortable with your current weight? And your appearance? Or do you sometimes wish you could lose weight because *somehow* that’s might make you a ‘better’ person?

Have a think about these things first and then let us know, okay?

The way you described it makes it sound as though it’s something comletely out of your control as though there may be some other problems behing your purging. I would suggest you make an appointment with your doctor and get some tests done if this is the case.
