I am not sure if this is something I have always had or not but here goes. I noticed a few weeks ago that the head of my penis ids sticky. There is no fluid and it is not wet it is just sticky. For lack of a better description it seems comparable to a sticky note. Again there is no visible liquid or pain. The reason I ask this is I did start to sleep with a new partner about 6 moths ago and have just started to notice this. So it could well be normal and I just never felt the actual head before.

I suspect a fungal or yeast infection. Get some over-the-counter cream from a pharmacy and see if that fixes it.
