hi guys i am 27 male and uncircumcized i have a tight foreskin , which can not be pulled over the head when fllacid or erect , but i was never having problem with either urinating or masturbating . but it was smelling . so i read somewhere that i need to clean under the foreskin. so i started to pull the foreskin back when masturbating and while flaccid . and when flaccid i could pull it back half way,
and one day while having a bath i pulled it and it went all the way over head but the foreskin got rolled over and stuck behind the head and i had to pull the skin back over the head again by grabbibg the fore skin with my fingures and pulling it so that it open like sack . iwas scared as it happened first time , and when hard the foreskin goes only 30 % back and i can feel that i can pull it back whenhard but the foreskin feel like streched. and i am worried that it might get stuck again.
should i be worried and see a doctor. because i have no problem even when hard and foreskin covering the head as i masturbate, and i never had asex without condom , will i have any problems having sex without condom
plz help !!!!

You definitely need to see a urologist. You have Phimosis, frenulum breve or both. They have a steroid cream that might assist with curing your phimosis or he may recommend a circumcision.

It's important you get the problem corrected because the odor you experienced is due to bacteria, smegma and other debris building up under your foreskin. If not removed daily it can cause an infection.

There is no need to see a doctor at this stage. Did you find my stretching instructions from Tommy's link? If not they are a sticky near the top of this board. Get back with any questions.

hi iwas able to pull back my foreskin when flaccid all the way over the head but it does not retract on its own i had to pull it back by holding the forskin form under and pull it up, i observed that when the skin goes all the way back it appers to be folded back.Does streching will help to loosen it up and i think my foreskin is also long , and should i do streching alone or apply a medicine also , do u think streching alone without medicine will help.

Great that you could get it back the whole way when flacid. It's quite normal for it not to go back on its own. The stretching on its own will work fine. The Betamethasone is only to speed things up or if there is a problem with scarring or excessive tightness.
Cheers,
Geoff
