I just seem so tired all the time.
I get between 8 - 9 hours of sleep and once I'm actually up and moving, I'm fine and not tired. However, when my alarm clock goes off I can barely get out of bed and am just dragging !!
It used to be as long as I got 8 - 9 hours, I'd just wake up, as I was wide awake.
What happened and what can I take?

I have no idea why you have no energy to get out of bed but you asked for energy supplements and they are the B-complex and Magnesium. But the main component for energy in our cells are complex carbohydrates (oatmeal, brown rice, apples, berries etc.). When i eat these carbs my energy levels thrive to pump iron and all....Also make sure your getting essential fats like fish/flax oils.....

Thegran-M, one tablet daily with food
Force your self to start taking some excersise (a brisk walk, start at 10 minutes, and build it up to half an hour.... have a cup of coffee before you go, to give you a kick start, for the first few days)
Make sure you are eating a balanced diet, with adequate protein fruit and vegetables.
I am sure I will get shouted down for this but I set my alarm half an hour early, and drink a cup of coffee, then get up.

I can't answer about the energy supplements, but my husband had the same problem and that was due to having sleep apnea. With sleep apnea you never "really" sleep well. Therefore you wake up very tired. Perhaps a sleep study would be a good idea. Best wishes.
