Hi everyone.
We have discovered over the past year that my daughter has a few medical issues. Including congenital scoliosis, fused ribs, JRA, coronary artery to pulmonary artery fistula and a liver cyst. We discovered her liver cyst during an MRI of her spine. They said its a basic cyst and will ultrasound it every 6 months. The liver cyst last year measured 1cm in width and 2 mm in thickness on the liver edge. She had a repeat US 6 months ago and they said it was growing with her. They want to keep following it. When you look at her lab work you can see a mildly elevated AST of 68 from before the MRI. 6 months ago it was noted high on a report (just called to get the actual number) Does this sound like a simple cyst? Thanks
