Hi, I'm a 17 year old female. I plan to go into the army next year when i am old enough, and i was wondering what things i could do to prepare myself, so i will be able to run and keep up with everyone else. I am not fat, but i am out of shape and could really use a lot of help. well thanks in advance, Bre

My guess is that the most imporant thing you can do for yourself is build up your stamina by doing a lot of cardio. Either way it goes, by the time you get there, training's gonna be hell. :) Good Luck
