Anyone out there had boney tori removed from mouth without the need for dentures? I have some on my upper palet and outer jaws between the jaw and cheek. I occassionally get food wedged above them and don't realize it until sores have formed. I was thinking of asking my dentist to remove them, but I expect it is painful and I have read them may grow back. I am a bruxer and do wear an occlusal splint nightly.
Any ideas?
