Anyways i had all 4 of my wisdom teeth out 2 were impacted.. 1 was partially erupted..supposedly they had trouble getting the impacted ones out. The first couple days i didnt really notice the pain and it bled for 2 days straight. The pain has become more noticable to the point its waking me up, im wondering if i may have a dry socket. Although i wouldnt classify the pain as severe more moderate-medium pain. My surgery was last friday in the late afternoon so im coming up on 6 days since the operation.

Im contimplating going back to see the dental surgeon for a checkup.. should i be concerned or does this sound like normal pain? the bottom right wisdom tooth which was impacted/partially erupted is where i am experienceing most of the pain.

it could be dry socket, if you go back to your doc, they can place special medicine in the extraction site that will help with pain. This will get better with time on its own too, assuming you have no other symptoms.
