Okay, I am currently12dpo, and last night we bd. I have a feeling that everything just comes out though. I laid there for about 30 minutes, and it was okay, I went to go to the bathroom, and it all came out! And, to top it off, again this morning! Is this common? What can I do? I need all of those little suckers to stay in!!!!!!!!!!!!

Okay. This has happened to me before too. Sorry, what I'm about to say might be tmi as well. This month I made sure to have an orgasm AFTER DH did. That seems to kinda suck it all in there. :D

I read somewhere that this is totally normal. It is more or less your body getting rid of what it doesn't need. Besides the semen is only what helps the little guys swim. Once they are on their way they don't need so much of it anymore. So its ok. They do recomend that you lay down with a pillow or something propped under your pelvis to help the little guys a long(the wonder of gravity) but it seems like you are already doing that. Hope this helped :)

GOOD LUCK!

that's normal and laying down for the 30 mins. afterwards is good. try propping your pelvis up just slightly. also ditto on what megss said- i always try to coincide or go after dh to help pull the little guys up ;)

All of the swimmers aren't falling out! :) I guarantee you there are many that are still up inside of you. Remember it only takes one!!

That orgasm thing in some of the previous posts suprises me. I've heard that you are not supposed to have an orgasm because it pushes the little swimmers out. I guess I never really though about it that much, though.

I have read to that if you orgasm it will help draw them into the uterus. What comes out is just the waste don't worry about it.

As far as I know orgasm is natures way of helping procreation. So by orgasming after him, theoretically the muscle spasms are supposed to be helping the little guys work their way up.
