Hello again... I wanted to give a progress report on whats going on now.. I finally have all my blood work and multiply CT scans back..all my bloodwork came back normal again.. well they found more lymph nodes besides the ones in my neck.. 1 in left arm pit and several in my groin area not sure how many there exactly doc just said several.. all my main organs look good but there is inflammation in my intestine he says could be chrons disease but he does not want to test further until the ENT has found something.. which makes me worry that he is waiting....could chrons cause my lymph nodes to multiply and swell?? could this be the answer..

The ENT came back with my results from the FNA this is what it says: the smears show a polymorphus appearing lympoid aggregate favoring reactive process in the lymph node... does anyone know what that means ??? I'm all paniced again.. Definite malignancy or granulomas are not seen ... yea !!?? no loss or aberrant expression of the Pan T cell antigens to suggest a neoplastic T cell process...yea again !!!?? however insuffiant B cells to evaluate ...BOOO !!! which means now we have to do a biopsy on my neck to take out what he says the easiest of the 3..does anyone have any ideas or similiar results ??

I'm worried about the surgery I asked him if it was cancer of some sort would it spread if he cut a lymph node out he said it was a possability.. any comments ???? also as a single mom of a sick 2yr old will i still be able to change her ,feed her, pick her up???? If not how long should i expect to not be able to, so i can start looking for a family member to watch her..

thanks for listening

If you are asking about directly after the biopsy, I imagine the doctor will tell you to limit lifting no more than 10 pounds of weight the first week, but to do what you feel like doing afterwards.
