I had an ultrasound the other day and they say I have a mild heart shaped uterus. Obviously it doesn't affect my pregnancies because I've had 3 babies all with full term vaginal deliveries. I am going in on monday to have them put fluid through my tubes and into my uterus to take a closer look. They also saw that I have a lot of little follicles in my ovaries but in one overy there was one follicle that was twice the size as the rest? Could that be the egg that would be released when I ovulate?

The oversized follicle could be the one that will release with ovulation. Depending on where you are in your cycle, they can tell how many follicles you will release with ovulation and what sizes they are compared to the rest. It could also be a cyst -- not necessarily anything to worry about, but it is a possibility.
I had 2 follicles that were ready when I had my IUI -- and they were easily 5 times as big as the others that I could see in the ultrasound.
Good luck!
