Hey All-
I was wondering if anyone has this compulsion like I do. If I'm watching TV and I'm flipping between two shows and I finally pick one, I'll have to flip back to the other show just to see where it's at even if I don't want to watch it.
I also won't change a channel if the person on the tv, whether an actor, news anchor or TV show host says a bad word, such as rape, murder, kill, molest, psycho, killer, brutal, so forth and so on. If the last work spoken before I flip the channel was a "bad word" I have to go back and wait until all the information disappears on the screen like the channel and that it's coming in in stereo, then I can try again. Now if I successfully flip the channel without hearing a bad word and I turn on the other channel and they say a bad word I have to flip back again and wait again.
Anyone else do this?

yeah, sometimes i do that, now that you mention it...i don't know why, but i do it....i have the tv on one channel, then i put it on another and start watching, then turn to the last channel, just to see where (on what channel exactly) it was....
very rarely do i do the second thing you mentioned.....for example, after hearing something bad, or seeing something "ugly" on tv, i have to let it pass, or wait until something ok or "nice" comes up before i turn it off....i guess it's not exactly like your issue, but similar....
weird, huh? :)
