Ok, Im 18 male, 5"10 230 pounds..


anyway, For about 2 weeks now, my stomach has been growling in a differnt spot than normal, Kinda over to the left near my chest
and it kinda felt like burning( not heart burn)

And 2 out of 3 times i got to the bathroom ( number 2) Theres blood in my stool, not all over usually its in like one spot of it, and its on the toilet paper too, also One specific spot on it was black, not alot just a little bit..

what could it be?

also If im walking for a while or doing streneous work, I notice that i can feel my penis kind of retracting in, what should i do..
