I haven't taken my meds for 2 days. (they have run out) would it be stupid or dangerous to drink tomorrow night? I don't usually drink that much, but somtimes i feel it's a nice way to escape from problems. I know this is a bad way of thinking. Would all the work of the meds go to waste if i drink?

I do not want to tell you want to do, but I say don't drink. I started drinking again a month ago for 2 weekends in a roll and I felt miserable. Even though it has been a couple days not taking your pills does not mean they are completely out of your system. We all love to escape our problems but honestly we never do escape.

antidepressants multiply the effect of alcohol has on your body, 2 beers equal 4 beers, if you do be careful

plus alcohol is itself a depressant. so if you're off your meds and feeling cruddy already, alcohol multiplies the effect. if you drink while taking antidepressants it can cancel out (at least some of) the effects.
...but no pressure. ;)

don't worry, i doubt i will drink tonight. I just find it so annoying that people my age (18) will drink so much, and will expect others to get wrecked too. I can;t drink! does it really matter to them so much? lol
take care everyone.

I'm more concerned about your missing your meds than about the drinking... When will you get them refilled??
If you drink, just be careful. As Trg said, your tolerance will be decreased.
