Hey, So far the only decent guide to getting off any of these drugs that I've found is the Paxil Withdrawl Guide. Google it....You might also want to check out what people have said about getting off effexor on this site. From what I understand Effexor and Celexa are close in the way they act on the brain. The exhaustion you mention seems to be common. Nightmares? - (usually they are called "vivid dreams") are common too. I'm doing a long slow wean off Effexor because I wouldnt be able to hold a job if I dropped fast. So...Good luck.
