Hey Presson...35 is way young to have Osteoporosis and i'm sure its hormonal related and your Doc will help you on that,,,,But for nutrients i see your Magnesium is way to low so up that to 500 mg a day as Magnesium shuttles Calcium into the body. You should make sure to add Boron and Vitamin-K as these also assist in Calcium staying in the bones..
There is a thought out there that the body being in a acidic state will pull Calcium out of the bones to neutralise the blood so you might want to check how you eat..Low on coffee, red meats and sugars as these can make the body acidic. Also try to eat lots of dark green veggies (green drinks?) and the Spirulina is an algae which is very alkaline.(good)
As for Brewers Yeast its high in all the B vitamins but do not take if you have a yeast problem and Lecithin is a component of the nerve cells coatings (myelin sheaths) so good for neurological diseases....
later !!

hi
that was a typo i meant 500mg of magnesium daily (half of calcium)
my osteo is prob due to years of eating disorders, now being addressed, and i have NEVER taken calcium until this year, and never eaten dairy etc
i eat tonnes of veges and very little meat, but do drink lots of diet lemonade which i am TRYING to cut back on!
so the lecithin and brewers are ok?

I'm 47 & have Graves Disease. The Graves Disease has caused me to loose a great deal of bone density. Before just putting me on a prescription drug, my endo told me to take Citracal + D 2 to 3 times a day & also take a mega multi for women, which has calcium in it, along with eating the right foods, like 6foot3 said.
Just something for you to consider.....
