Hi,

I've been suffering from some bad digestive symptoms over the last month and a half. I'm going to the GI specialist this Thursday, but would still like to research myself in hopes of helping me figure this out. Okay, about a month ago I had severe blood in my stool that continued throughout about two days. It finally eased up, and have only had a few light incidents since then. I've had a constant pain on my left side (mostly lower), and a feeling of fullness. my BMs have been pretty regular as far as consistency, about two a day. I've been carrying a low fever of about 99 - 99.5 degrees Farenheit for about the last two weeks and generally feel flustered in my face. I've noticed something new starting a couple of days ago though. After I have a BM, I'm instantly exhausted. My heart seems to beat a little faster and I feel weak, like collapsing. I also become extremely nauseous, and feel like I have to immediately lay down.

This is really starting to get on my nerves.
Any advice?

Vaersailles,

There are two possible situations. Either it is a Gastro Ent. Catarrah or internal bleeding in the abdomen which is leading to smptoms like collapse after stools. You may like to try Magnesium Carb 30c and Terebinthina 30c. One of them could help you . Both are homeoapathic preparations and very safe to try. Hope this helps

you may also have internal hemmorhoids which can bleed and cause that same feeling. I would suggest a colonoscopy with a reputable gastro specialist. don't wait it out. bleeding shouldn't be ignored. I know, I've had it.
good luck.

Thanks for your comments, I am now scheduled for a colonoscopy a week from now. I do hope they find something (not too serious), but at least something they could help to ease.

I'll keep you updated.
