View Full Version : White spots around frenulum

OneQuestion

I've noticed for a while these white dots around my frenulum. They have never multiplied, and they don't hurt. there are about 8 in total. I have read that these may only be glands (glans?) but I just wanted to be sure. I am positive they are not STDs if you know what I mean.

I took a quick pic but enough to show you what I mean. (it wouldn't paste the link so just take away the space after the 'c').

Thanks for your help.

They sound like they might be Tyson's glands, although there are typically two of those. I wouldn't worry, but I might ask a urologist, if I was there for another reason. It's best not to expect too much out of them, though. One told me that the Tyson's glands were subcutaneous smegma, and tried to pop one as if it were a pimple.
