I bought a sublingual B-Complex Liquid that you're supposed to hold under your tongue for 30 seconds before swallowing. I can't keep it under my tongue--it swishes all over my mouth. How important is it that it stays under the tongue? If I just swallow it will it still have the same effect?

It is very important to keep under your tongue for 30 sec. The reason is because the Sublingual glands and artery is there and the soft muccosal lining allows these nutrients to be absorbed easily and go directly into the blood stream instead of hours by digestion. You can divide in half if that helps better to hold under tongue.....
