i'm 21 yrs old and i'm not sure if i have a problem or not. i try and eat healthy but every now and then i'll pig out on chocolate or biscuits, i'll keep eating till i feel really sick, then i'll make myself vomit as i can't keep it inside me.i don't think i'm really fat but i'm not happy with my size and all my friends are realy skinny. getting sick only happens if i eat bad food or have a binge. if i eat properly then i feel ok. i've started running water and turning up my stereo so you can't hear anything from bathroom. not sure what to do, or if this is really a proper problem as it doesn't seem like other cases.the people i know who have eating disorders are all really skinny and loose lots of weight, but i'm tall and very well built, i just can' cope with the guilt sometimes. please help.

a person with an eating disorder could be under weight, at a "normal" weight, or even over weight. Most bulimics are either at their "normal" weight or a bit over weight. I think you do have a problem, but I can't digonsis you of course. I strongly advace you to talk to your doctor and have him/her recommend you to someone that can help you. You're going down a dangerous path hon and you won't like were it ends up if you don't stop

I have (or had) the same problem. I would like someone to talk to.
Sometimes i have the temptations, and i have overcome them. Please e-mail me. I'd like to talk to you about all the issues you and I share.
