I woke up the past 3 days with my pillow soaked in some type of fluid it is dripping out of my ears & my left side of my face hurts alot. I have alot of popping going on this morning & i feel really nausiated i haven't been able to eat much in the last 3 days because i feel so sick.
What could this be? It really hurts i'm going to my family doctor Friday but is there anything i can do until tomorrow to help the pain? I tried Tylenols but they aren't helping me out any.

You might have an inner ear infection, but it sounds more like a sinus condition with your face hurting. Does a heating pad help?
I would suggest you drink a lot of warm water, too.
